"Amy Mackenzie is a Certified Life Care Planner with special expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases. Before becoming a life care planner, Dr. Mackenzie worked as a critical care nurse, and then became the Director of Nursing Services at Pinehurst Alzheimer Special Care Center. She was later the Director of Patient Services at the Azalea Sleep Center. Amy was an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Texas at Tyler for several years. Amy has years of experience writing life care plans for both plaintiff and defense clients. She is a facilitator for the East Texas Brain Injury Support Group, and a member of the Texas Nurses Association, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, and Sigma Theta Tau, the Honor Society of Nursing."

Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Due to the contractual requirements imposed by the venues we use for our in-person events, cancellations are required to be made no later than 12PM at least four days before the event. Cancellations for our webinars must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to hmpa.office@gmail.com. Any cancellations not made by the deadline will be non-refundable.
