• Strengthen awareness of ethical warning signs and how to support responsible reporting and accountability

Speaker Spotlight: Terry H. Stringer, CCEP

Terry Stringer is a global Ethics & Compliance leader known as “The Ethics Whisperer” for her ability to build trust-driven cultures and embed ethics into business strategy. With more than 15 years of experience across the technology and energy sectors, she most recently led HP’s Ethics Office, overseeing global integrity programs, policy governance, culture strategy, and ethical AI initiatives.

She directed HP’s submissions for the World’s Most Ethical Companies® honor six years in a row and helped the company achieve additional recognitions including the JUST 100 and EcoVadis rankings. Terry’s commitment to ethical leadership extends beyond the corporate environment and into underserved communities in the U.S. and Africa.

She has spearheaded youth business and STEM education initiatives, hosted Zimbabwean students participating in an exchange program with the University of Houston’s business school, and partnered with Booker T. Washington High School in Houston to build wind turbines, water filtration systems, and hydroponic farm projects.

These experiences fuel her belief that ethical leadership begins with access, opportunity, and empowerment. She also serves as Program Chair for the Greater Houston Business Ethics Roundtable.
